As an innovative provider of quality health and wellness and disability support services in the lower North Island, MASH Trust supports over 2,000 people and whānau. Employing 600 staff located in the Hawke’s Bay, Manawatu, Horowhenua, Kāpiti, Porirua, Hutt Valley and Wellington, MASH Trust provides community-based support services within a robust quality framework.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, and through to the Board of Trustees, this newly created Executive Director Corporate Services role will partner with the ELT and CE to lead organisational transformation that addresses the changing needs of the people MASH Trust supports, as well as leading an extensive sector reset.

Providing strategic leadership and overseeing critical corporate business functions, you will support programme delivery. You will ensure effective operational and organisational delivery sustained by a positive and supportive collegial culture. You will also work in partnership with the service programmes, and manage important strategic partnerships for the organisation, of which there are several.

To be successful in this stimulating role, you will have extensive leadership experience, ideally having led a corporate-service or a business-enabling team. Strategic, innovative, and an empowering leader, you are known for your ability to build sound relationships with stakeholders in a range of settings. Your organisational experiences will ensure you know what ‘good’ looks like. Your success in strategic execution, ideally in non-governmental organisations, will make sure day-to-day delivery of services maintains momentum. A skilled people leader, you will lead by example as you build an agile, innovative and high-performing team.
