This Chief People Officer role’s focus is on organisational capability and performance which will improve the employee experience by developing and enhancing the internal workforce strategy and people plan.  The appointee will function as a trusted advisor to the highly regarded executive leadership team to create a high-performance, inclusive culture and deliver an attractive employee value proposition and role models the best of the Public Service.


We seek expressions of interest from individuals who can demonstrate significant experience in organisational leadership and who has hands-on experience across the broad range of people and culture activities including strategy, organisational development, employment relations and change.
