CareNZ-Manaaki Aotearoa is a leader in the provision of services and interventions for people concerned about their own or someone else’s use of alcohol and other drugs, with a range of community and prison-based services throughout Aotearoa New Zealand. 

The Corporate Services Manager will report to and work closely with the Chief Executive. The appointee will be responsible for functions that include Finance, IT, Property and Assets, and Legal. There will be a requirement to prepare budgets, provide costings for RFP’s, carry out analysis and provide financial insights. In relation to IT, it is expected that the appointee will have enough IT knowledge to ensure the organisation’s system is fit for purpose. There will be a number of direct reports and the organisation employs about 85 staff across the country, with the corporate office based in Wellington.

This role will require a person with a strong finance background coupled with generalist corporate services management experience. You must have well developed people management skills, and be a strategic thinker and an innovative problem solver. A background in the health sector would be beneficial.
