Against a background of multi-year transformational change, in this critical position you will lead the Change Programme Management Office. You will be Oranga Tamariki’s key advisor on the management and delivery of significant, multiple transformation programmes. Leading a team of approximately 100 high-performing FTEs, you will be accountable for managing and providing assurance and advice across Oranga Tamariki’s change portfolio; ensuring change initiatives are successfully enabled and delivered; developing enterprise-wide change management methods; leading, supporting, growing and nurturing talent; lifting the maturity of the change programme management; maintaining strong relationships with and advising organisational sponsors for change; and influencing the change lens in discussions and decision-making across the organisation.
Reporting to the GM Change, you will have programme leadership experience in large and complex change settings which will ensure your success in this role. Recognised for your knowledge of the core portfolio disciplines, you will also be acknowledged for your leadership style which is empowering and supportive. An effective communicator and listener, you will have a track record of achievement that will give you credibility. Active stakeholder engagement will ensure you build strong relationships across the organisation. Naturally drawn to opportunities to innovate, you will be recognised for your stewardship and your ability to translate strategy into action.
