Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Our client is embarking on a programme to transform how the organisation delivers services, including a new operating model and behaviour change initiatives.  This is a dynamic programme with exciting opportunities for the organisation.
As a member of a programme team of 10, you’ll be the HR specialist.  Contributing to the design of a new operating model, you’ll then provide the HR expertise to turn this into an organisational structure, complete with job descriptions.  You’ll also contribute to the development and implementation of behaviour change initiatives through providing best practice HR advice.
You’ll need proven experience as an HR business partner working at a senior advisor level.  You’ll be used to providing advice to senior managers and have experience in change management.  This is a dynamic and fast-paced progamme, so your agility and ability to work at pace will be valued.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract, starting in November and based in Wellington.
