Working in collaboration with the Human Resources and Organisational Development teams, you will add value in these roles with your significant experience working as an influential organisational development leader in a business undergoing transformation. It is critical that you demonstrate experience and leadership in driving culture and influencing the business directly and through your HR peers. Whilst aviation related industry experience would be of interest, more so will be your achievements influencing and driving high engagement and performance.  The two roles are:

 

HR Transformation Advisor – Fixed Term 1 year

 

The Senior Advisor, HR Transformation is responsible for the design and development of organisation-wide initiatives, programmes, strategies and policies within several specialist areas of expertise that contribute to creating a people management environment that drives high levels of engagement and actively supports organisational performance and outcomes.

 

Specialist Areas include: Talent Management, Succession Planning, Capability Development, Change Management and Leadership Development.

HR Transformation Advisor Specialist focus: Change Fixed Term 3 years

 

This role is responsible for leading and facilitating change management activities to ensure the successful delivery of organisation-wide initiatives, programmes, strategies and policies, contributing to creating a people management environment that drives high levels of engagement and actively supports organisational performance and outcomes. 

 

Specialist Areas include: Organisational Development change management but will also contribute to design and development of organisation-wide initiatives and programmes, strategies and policies. This role is an integral part of preparing our people to operate differently in the future, utilising different tools, and working in different ways.
